Communities are starting to contact me for decisions about our league this year. I was trying to hold off until hopefully a vaccine is developed or some light in the end of this dark long tunnel that I can make a decision on. Unfortunately, there is not anything that I can say for certain that Kenston will have a league.
If you have an opportunity to commit to another league that is what you should do to guarantee you have a league to play in this 2020-21 season.
I really do not know when we will be able to have the amount of gym time that it takes to run MWTBL here at the schools. I feel that it is just unfair to you to string you along. I am saddened because this program is something that I have been proud of for the 15 years I have been running it. I feel as if people see that we care about sportsmanship and the development of our young athletes from all communities.
My plan for the Kenston travel is to pick ou rteams and look for scrimmages in Dec, as I have limited gym time currently, hopefully in January we would run a modified league or mega tournament.
Good Luck to all of you and your players. If you are interested in scrimmaging a Kenton team in Dec. let me know.
We will be back better and stronger for the 2021-22 season!
